Important: IPTV Elegant is a media player. It does not provide television channels, movies, series, playlists, subscriptions or access credentials.
1. Agreement and service
By installing or using IPTV Elegant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. IPTV Elegant provides software for organizing and playing compatible streams supplied by users through M3U files, URLs or Xtream-compatible services.
2. Your providers and content
You are solely responsible for every source, playlist, credential and stream you add. You represent that you have all rights, licenses and permissions necessary to access and play that content in your location.
IPTV Elegant does not control third-party providers, verify their catalogs or guarantee that any stream is lawful, accurate, secure, available or compatible. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use IPTV Elegant to:
- access, distribute or facilitate copyright-infringing or otherwise unlawful material;
- circumvent access controls, digital rights management or geographic restrictions;
- share credentials without authorization;
- interfere with the app, its infrastructure, other users or third-party services;
- reverse engineer or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use automated means to abuse support, analytics or cloud synchronization.
4. Profiles and cloud synchronization
Configured production builds create an anonymous cloud identity and automatically synchronize profiles, preferences, provider configuration and viewing activity. You are responsible for protecting device access and provider credentials. Cloud synchronization is a convenience and is not a backup guarantee.
Profile PINs and content filters are household convenience features, not strong security controls or guaranteed parental controls. Provider catalogs may be incomplete or mislabeled.
5. Advertising and paid features
The app may display advertising and may offer optional ad-free or other paid features. Availability, prices and features may vary by platform and region. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s terms and refund rules.
6. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, compatibility or cloud services. Stream playback depends on your device, network, provider and media format. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback or compatibility with every source.
The app permits provider-supplied HTTP streams. If you configure an insecure source, provider credentials and viewing requests may be transmitted without HTTPS protection.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Elegant is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Elegant and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue or access; provider conduct; or unlawful use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access to cloud services when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations or material violations of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
